American Heart Association CPR Certification Classes​ are intended for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

This class was designed to teach you how to perform CPR, relief of choking, and AED Usage on adult, child, and infants. This course teaches essential lifesaving skills. During the class, our instructors will carefully guide, observe, and provide feedback to all the students.

This AHA Heartsaver CPR AED class covers the following topics:

  • Scene Safety and Assessment
  • Adult CPR
  • Child and infant CPR
  • AED Use
  • Adult, Child & Infant Choking

  • This class fulfills the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential
  • This class is NOT for Daycare Providers, Preschool Teachers or Bus Drivers (Please take our Pediatric First Aid and CPR Course)
  • This class is NOT for people who work in the healthcare field. (Please take our BLS course if you are in healthcare)
  • The student manual is included in the price of the course. The AHA requires that you possess a current Student Manual for the course during and after the class. If you already have the current Student Manual for Heartsaver CPR AED. Student Manuals will not be mailed in advance.
